About the role

QR & Sound Box is one of Paytm‘s business tools to help merchants grow and manage their business through simplicity and data-driven technology. This team is responsible for growing the penetration of Paytm’s QR Code & Sound Box business in Indian merchants. Visibility Accountability through Extensive QR/Soundbox deployment.

What you'll do

• Visit existing non-transacting merchants to initiate transactions and resolve the assigned issues. (Weightage - 60%)
• Be responsible for meeting monthly targets on various metrics such as the number of merchants onboarded, number of EDC/SB deployed, point-of-sale software, insurance
• Responsible for planning & scheduling market visits for lead generation & resolving the service related issues
• Ensuring customer satisfaction leading to higher sales conversions and retention
• Gathering consistent feedback from the market for existing offerings and insights on competitor moves as feedback for product enhancements
