The Level 3 Tooling Monitoring role will have a deep expertise in Splunk. This role requires advanced troubleshooting skills, solution design capabilities and the ability to lead and support enterprise operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Splunk analytics.

• Manage Splunk architecture in a complex enterprise environment
• Responsible for managing action and future requests, including automation initiatives
• Define and optimize policies for secure operations
• Serve as technical SME for all Tooling Monitoring related initiatives
• Lead advanced trouble shooting and root cause analysis for unified communication related incidents
