About the role

The Lab Assistant is responsible for the smooth functioning of computer laboratories by providing technical support, maintaining systems, and assisting students and faculty during lab sessions. Laboratory-Information Sys. & Tech.

What you'll do

• Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot laboratory hardware, software, and computer systems
• Install, update, and maintain open-source and licensed software applications
• Ensure uninterrupted network connectivity, internet access, and adherence to cybersecurity protocols
• Set up, test, and maintain laboratory equipment related to electrical circuits, electronics circuits, and digital logic circuits
• Configure and maintain computer systems and software tools such as Orange, R-Language, SPSS, and JAMOVI
