Lead Administrator L1(Contract)

About the role

The purpose of this role is to resolve high-priority incidents through advanced troubleshooting, ensure SLA compliance, analyse system performance trends, and create mitigation measures by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows
• Configure and customize ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer
• Develop and manage Service Catalog Items, Record Producers, Order Guides, and workflow/flow automations
• Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
• Perform data migrations using Import Sets and Transform Maps
