Lead Administrator (Support &Operations)

About the role

To diagnose and resolve complex technical issues impacting business operations,facilitate root cause analysis and enhance customer feedback for support operations.

What you'll do

• Manage and support Azure IaaS components including Virtual Machines, VNets, Subnets, NSGs, Load Balancers, and Storage Accounts
• Perform advanced Linux administration (RHEL, Ubuntu, SUSE) including patching, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and security hardening
• Handle P1/P2 incidents , perform root cause analysis, and lead bridge calls with stakeholders
• Implement and manage identity & access controls using Azure AD (Entra ID) and RBAC
