About the role

Platform Configuration and Customization: Build and adjust modules (such as ITSM, TSOM, CSM) using out-of-the-box configurations and custom code. Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions

What you'll do

• Minimum 3+ years Relevant ServiceNow Experience. Total IT experience minimum 7 Years
• Testing and Debugging: Troubleshoot platform issues, run test cases, and resolve performance bottlenecks
