Lead Analyst - Costing COE

About the role

The Global Shared Services team, based in India and Mexico, is integral to this mission, delivering comprehensive finance and business support. The incumbent of this role will be part of GSS-Finance Support Team working with the line manager independently to ensure timely execution & delivery of commitments as per the roles and responsibilities defined, to meet expectations of our functional stakeholders in Costing COE team.

What you'll do

• Perform adequate testing and report & analyze results during Actual Costing Implementation project
• Query Resolution & Discrepancy Management: Manage and resolve cost-related queries, variances between Standard & Actual and other discrepancies promptly
• Commitment to growth, professional development, and work-life quality by managing priorities
• Handle ad-hoc requests from Stakeholders & Manager promptly and effectively for business continuity

• Financial reporting
• US GAAP
