About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in the Insurance domain to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

What you'll do

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow documentation
  • Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure successful solution delivery
  • Support UAT, requirement traceability, and project documentation

What you need
