What you'll do

• Lead payroll requirements and design workshops and configure wage types, schemas, PCRs, calendars and control records
• Support statutory calculations, retroactivity, off-cycle payroll, garnishments/deductions and year-end processes as applicable
• Define integration with PA, time management, finance posting, banking and third-party providers
• Prepare payroll test strategy and execute unit, integration, parallel and user-acceptance testing
• Analyze payroll results and logs, resolve defects and support reconciliation and sign-off
