About the role

The role is positioned within Aditya Birla Wellness, a fast-growing digital wellness business of the Aditya Birla Group, focused on preventive health and holistic well-being. The position plays a critical role in driving business growth by expanding Banking and NBFC partnerships and distribution channels for wellness products and programs such as Multiply Wellness.

What you'll do

• Working in a dynamic, consumer-centric environment, the role collaborates closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, product
• Drive topline growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities across Banking and NBFC partners, and strategic alliances
• Act as the primary point of contact to ensure partner satisfaction, retention, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting, timely reporting, and CRM discipline to support business planning and decision-making
