We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Lead - Business Development to join our growing team in Noida, India. In this pivotal role, you'll drive business expansion by identifying high-potential partnerships, developing innovative growth strategies, and building lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Combine analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to unlock new market opportunities and scale our business operations
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential business partners and vendors aligned with organizational objectives and market opportunities
• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand market presence and revenue streams across the Noida region and beyond
• Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive research to identify emerging trends, gaps, and strategic growth opportunities
• Negotiate partnership terms, pricing structures, and service level agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and organizational profitability
