Lead Channel Exc Specialist - Data Governance

About the role

The Partner Data Governance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the integrity, consistency and governance of Building Automation partner master data across our global channel ecosystem of 15,000+ Systems Integrators, Distributors, Resellers and OEMs.

What you'll do

• Monitor, validate and correct partner tier, program assignment and classification data across SAP, NEX, PRM and other systems used by the commercial channel organization
• Work with analytics and other functions to establish preemptive reporting to flag data inconsistencies and remedy accordingly
• Run a monthly reconciliation of tiers between SAP and NEX and of tier against program participation; resolve gaps and exceptions with regions
• Support the annual tiering exercise: data preparation, validation of regional submissions, and execution of approved tier changes
• Maintain audit-ready documentation of tier changes, exceptions and approvals
