About the role
The role involves oversight of portfolio analytics and digital transformation initiatives across all retail lending products like Credit card, Gold Loan, MFI, LAP/ HL, EL, PL, wheelers (2W/4W/CV), Equipment (CE/ HCF/ ML), LAS etc.
What you'll do
- Head CMD Retail will manage team of Lead Credit monitoring manager & Credit monitoring manager
- Oversee the bank’s retail portfolio
- Detect early warning signals by analyzing financial, behavioral and transactional data
- Monitor borrower performance and industry trends to proactively identify potential credit stress
- Track the entire credit lifecycle from application to disbursement across various credit and product parameters
What you need
- 15–27 yrs of experience
- Credit risk
- Performance testing
- Machine learning
- Underwriting
- BBA or Chartered Accountant or CFA
