About the role

External Commercial Borrowings (ECB) and cross-border funding structures Interpret and implement evolving FEMA regulations and RBI circulars An ideal candidate should be/have: Qualified Company Secretary (CS) - mandatory FEMA regulations covering foreign investments and borrowings Experience managing multi-entity and complex compliance structures

What you'll do

• Lead and manage end-to-end RBI & FEMA compliance for multiple entities
• Ensure compliance with regulations governing: Foreign direct investments (FDI) and overseas investments (ODI)
• Oversee timely and accurate filing of all RBI returns, including annual, periodic, and event-based compliances
• Ensure all filings are audit-ready and aligned with regulatory expectations
• Partner closely with finance, legal, and secretarial teams to drive governance and compliance
