Lead Design Engineer

About the role

This role is one of the senior members in the Design team for Marmon Industrial Water. The role is to execute the engineering activities such as detailed design, design calculations, Tolerance stack ups, manufacturing drawings, FEA simulations. The selected candidate will be responsible for quality of deliverables and for managing time and cost of all the projects executed.

What you'll do

• Design and develop new products, maintain present product designs thru Continuous Improvement, VAVE and conduct design-related testing and validation
• On-time project delivery while upholding utmost technical standards and quality standards for the deliveries within agreed budgets will be the key metrics of performance…
• Contributing to the business thru innovative ideas and through generating IP for the organization
• Lead end-to-end product and platform development for a broad Water Treatment product portfolio
• Gain global exposure through collaboration with business units, customers, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams

What you need

• 8–12 yrs of experience
• SolidWorks
• Mechanical engineering
• GD&T
• FMEA
• Fabrication
• 3D modelling
• B.Tech or B.E. or M.Tech
