Lead- Digital Marketing

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving higher performance for our clients omnichannel sales across stores, web, and app through strategic approaches on digital marketing channels. This role involves building long-term marketing strategies, streamlining marketing operations, managing stakeholder expectations, and fostering a high-performing marketing team.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns specifically tailored for e-commerce,including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and PPC
• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess them against e-commerce goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Create and execute performance marketing strategies aimed at driving traffic and sales to the e-commerce platform
• Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Utilize analytical tools to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
