Lead – Finance Controller

About the role

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for real estate projects and business units. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards. Monitor project profitability, cost control, revenue recognition, and financial performance against approved budgets.

What you'll do

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for real estate projects and business units

• Monitor project profitability, cost control, revenue recognition, and financial performance against approved budgets
• Drive financial governance, internal controls, risk management, and compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Manage project cash flows, fund utilization, working capital, and treasury-related activities
