About the role

To manage end-to-end billing operations, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, maintain compliance with contractual and financial requirements, and support revenue recognition and collections processes.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end customer billing for Time & Material, Fixed Bid, and Managed Services engagements
• Review billing inputs, timesheets, milestones, SOWs, and contractual terms before invoice generation
• Prepare and validate customer invoices ensuring accuracy of rates, hours, milestones, taxes, and supporting documentation
• Submit invoices through customer portals and email channels within agreed timelines
• Coordinate with Project Managers, PMO, Sales, and Delivery teams for billing approvals and clarifications

What you need

• 6–10 yrs of experience
• Accounts receivable

• Sales
• Compliance
• MBA or M.Com or B.Com or BBA
