About the role

A successful Lead FPnA should have: A strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field. Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis within the business services industry. Demonstrated ability to manage and analyze complex financial data. Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.

What you'll do

Leading FP&A role that gives good experience on business side
Lead financial planning and budgeting processes to align with organizational goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making
Prepare and present detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to leadership
Drive variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
