Lead – Fund Raising & Treasury

About the role

Build funding strategy aligned to business plan and project cashflows; maintain facility pipeline. Prepare lender/investor packs; manage due diligence, negotiations and approvals with governance discipline. Manage banking relationships, loan documentation coordination and covenant compliance reporting.

What you'll do

• Build funding strategy aligned to business plan and project cashflows; maintain facility pipeline
• Prepare lender/investor packs; manage due diligence, negotiations and approvals with governance discipline
• Manage banking relationships, loan documentation coordination and covenant compliance reporting
• Plan drawdowns and end-use tracking; align utilization to approved budgets and milestones
• Run treasury operations (payments, BG/LC, banking ops) with controls and segregation of duties
