Lead Generation Executive / Inside Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Lead Generation Executive responsible for generating new business opportunities through multiple outreach activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, event leads, referrals, and database research. The core responsibility of this role is to generate qualified leads, initiate conversations, and align meetings/demos for the Sales or Account Management team.

What you'll do

• Conduct structured daily cold calls
• Send personalized introductory and follow-up emails
• Identify decision-makers and alternative contacts if SPOC is unresponsive
• Maintain aggressive and disciplined follow-ups for 45–60 days
