• Conduct research to identify potential leads through various online and offline channels

• Qualify leads based on set criteria and pass them on to the sales team for further engagement
• Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Develop and implement effective lead nurturing strategies to convert prospects into clients
