Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to drive outbound prospecting efforts and build a strong pipeline for our sales team targeting the US market . The ideal candidate will be a young, motivated individual with stellar communication skills , a passion for sales outreach, and a strong ability to work independently in a results-oriented environment.

What you'll do

• Conduct outbound lead generation via email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, and CRM tools
• Set up qualified appointments and meetings for sales leaders through consistent follow-ups
• Identify and reach out to target prospects using strategic messaging and personalized engagement
• Run lead generation campaigns with a focus on building awareness and converting interest into opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of lead activities and performance metrics in the CRM
