About the role

Customise MA, HCA strategy to meet the needs of local payers in OPU for Therapeutic Areas and adapt to local market dynamics to maximize growth and accelerate access. Map and lead the interactions with the key stakeholders identified in shaping the landscape in the therapy area.

What you'll do

• Building Market Access, HCA TA strategy in OPU; including Pricing, Reimbursement and Enlisting strategies for the TA
• Leading TA MA plan for OPU; review & monitor TA MA plans for the OPU to achieve Market access priorities
• Ensure Cross-functional collaboration and alignment
• Be the main point of contact for Market Access topics in assigned TA with IMETA and OPU brand teams
• Establish close working relationships with colleagues in OPU (Marketing, Medical, Commercial Operations)
