A successful Lead - HR Shared Service should have: Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Extensive knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements in the chemical industry.

What you'll do

• Oversee and manage the HR shared services team to ensure timely delivery of HR operations
• Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations in the chemical industry
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving employee queries related to HR services
• Develop and implement HR systems and tools to enhance service delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR services with business objectives
