Job Title-Salesforce Business Analyst - Agentforce We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with expertise in Agentforce , Sales Cloud , and Service Cloud to join our Global CRM team.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements
  • Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and process analysis activities
