Lead I - Software Testing

About the role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating complex data pipelines, ensuring data quality, executing automation testing, and supporting business-critical healthcare applications. This role requires excellent analytical skills, hands-on database testing experience, and a deep understanding of healthcare provider data systems.

What you'll do

• Play a critical role in validating enterprise data platforms, ETL workflows, and data warehouse solutions
• Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for ETL and Data Warehouse applications
• Perform ETL, Database, Data Warehouse, Functional, Smoke, Regression, Acceptance, Compatibility, and Exploratory Testing
• Perform comprehensive Snowflake database testing and validation activities
• Create and execute test scenarios for complex ETL workflows and data transformation processes

What you need

• 5–7 years in quality assurance & testing
