Lead Internal Audit - Manufacturing

About the role

The Vertical Lead IA- MFG will lead the Internal Audit function across UltraTech's manufacturing operations, providing independent assurance on risk management, internal controls, compliance, and operational effectiveness across all plants, mines, power units, and manufacturing support functions.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute annual risk-based audit plans across plants, mines, power units, logistics, and manufacturing support functions
• Ensure comprehensive coverage of key operational and strategic risks
• Assess adequacy and effectiveness of controls across production, maintenance, procurement, inventory, quality, projects, and energy management
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and productivity improvement
• Evaluate compliance with internal policies, statutory requirements, EHS norms, and corporate governance standards
