Lead - Offline Partnerships & Cross-Sell

About the role

We are looking for a high-ownership, execution-first General Manager to drive cross-sell initiatives by working closely with offline business teams and partners across locations. This role is critical in bridging central product and business teams with on-ground leaders, ensuring rapid execution, structured feedback loops, and strong MIS-driven decision making.

What you'll do

• Act as the single-point owner for driving cross-sell initiatives through offline teams across regions
• Travel extensively across cities to work with regional and city heads, align on targets, incentives, and execution plans, and resolve on-ground bottlenecks in real time
• Ensure consistent execution of cross-sell programs across all locations
• Drive adoption of new products through offline channels and identify high-potential locations and teams for scaling
• Build and refine cross-sell playbooks in collaboration with central teams based on field learnings
