About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Lead Plant HR to lead the Human Resources function for L&T's Electronic Products & Systems (EPS) facility in Coimbatore. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the Plant Head, championing a progressive workplace culture with a strong emphasis on building and nurturing a women-focused workforce .
