Lead Process Design Engineer - (Oil & Gas Industry)

About the role

In this pivotal role, you will lead project teams in the design and development of process engineering solutions, ensuring that all processes are optimized for efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. Your expertise will be critical in guiding junior engineers and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.

What you'll do

• Technical Leadership and Design Management
• Assume overall responsibility for all process design activities related to the GOSP facility
• Lead and manage the process design team, assign tasks, review work, and ensure the quality and schedule of all process design deliverables
• Spearhead the development and standardization of the project's process design basis, design guidelines, and technical specifications
• Be responsible for finalizing key process schemes and selecting the technical execution strategy, such as separation sequence, compression philosophy
