About the Role Aon is looking for an experienced Lead Technical Recruiter to direct end-to-end recruitment efforts for technology and digital talent spanning multiple business areas. This position involves working closely with business leaders to pinpoint, attract, assess, and select top-level technology professionals while ensuring an outstanding candidate and interested party experience.

What you'll do

• Lead hiring efforts across Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Cloud Technologies, Cybersecurity, Product Management, DevOps, Data Science, AI/ML, Business Analysis
• Build and implement proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage active and passive talent
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future workforce needs
• Achieve hiring results within the agreed timelines while upholding quality and inclusion goals
• Facilitate structured selection processes and support hiring managers in making informed hiring decisions
