About the role
This role partners closely with U.S.-based Finance, Accounting, and Systems teams and operates within an automated revenue accounting environment. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting.
What you'll do
- Apply ASC 606 principles to analyze complex SaaS and services contracts
- Partner with upstream teams to maintain data integrity across Microsoft Dynamics 365, RevPro, and source systems
- Execute weekly and monthly revenue accounting processes and controls, investigating and resolving issues
- Prepare journal entries and perform month-end balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with month-end flux analysis and reporting using large data sets and tools such as Excel and Power BI
