Lead - Sales Commission

About the role

Sales Compensation lead will report into the Manager of Sales Finance and will be responsible for deriving the commissions for direct, indirect and overlay sales roles on a global level including channel partner. Incent - Design and build end-to-end solutions, including complex rule writing, formulas, and logic configuration within the Xactly Incent environment.

What you'll do

• Lead discovery sessions with various stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for Xactly modules
• Execute rigorous system integration testing (SIT) and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to troubleshoot logic gaps and ensure data accuracy
• Evaluate existing Xactly instances to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements or custom technical solutions for complex business challenges
• Manage the transition to production environments and provide expert-level support during the post-deployment phase
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including configuration guides
