About the role

Overview Gallagher Center of Excellence (GCoE) is seeking a Lead Proposal & Knowledge Management Specialist to lead the proposal content, bid support, and knowledge management function while managing a team of proposal and knowledge specialists.

What you'll do

Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management for the team, foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Partner closely with Sales Teams, Bid Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and business leaders
Partner with Sales Teams, Bid Managers, and SMEs to create compelling, client-focused content
Ensure proposal responses meet client requirements, compliance standards, and brand guidelines
Establish and maintain content governance, review cycles, and quality standards
