Lead Specialist - Contract Lifecycle Management

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled & motivated Lead Specialist to join our Global Procurement Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Gurugram. This position offers an exciting opportunity for the selected candidate to lead and manage end to end contracting process independently and bring value to the organization across different category.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with legal, procurement, sales, and other departments to draft, review, and finalize contracts
• Ensure that contracts are aligned with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements
• Develop and maintain contract templates for efficiency and consistency
• Manage and support ongoing contract life cycle to ensure user compliance with terms and conditions
• Manage contractual obligations and proactively track them in the CLM system
