Lead Specialist GES S2P Procurement Ops

About the role

This position offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end purchasing operations, collaborate with international stakeholders, strengthen procurement compliance, support process automation initiatives, and contribute directly to cost optimization and business value creation.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end requisition, shopping cart, and purchase order processing while ensuring timely fulfillment of business requirements
• Collaborate with requisitioners, buyers, and business stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and execute procurement activities effectively
• Create and maintain annual purchase orders, monitor PO confirmations, and follow up on pending supplier responses
• Resolve non-compliant invoices by coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth payment processing
• Drive procurement compliance by guiding stakeholders on correct purchasing channels, vendor selection, and policy adherence
