Lead – SRA (Slum Rehabilitation Authority)

About the role

The Incharge - Regulatory & Approvals is responsible for overseeing the execution of regulatory approval processes, ensuring seamless coordination between executives and the lead. This role involves managing documentation, following up with government authorities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing status updates to leadership.

What you'll do

• Review applications and supporting documents prepared by the Executive - Regulatory & Approvals to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission
• Ensure all required approvals, NOCs, and clearances are obtained within stipulated timelines
• Maintain up-to-date records of all approvals, renewals, and compliance documents, ensuring proper documentation for audits and regulatory inspections
• Coordinate and follow up with authorities on pending approvals, ensuring timely responses to any queries or requirements
• Support the Lead - Regulatory & Approvals in maintaining strong relationships with senior officials to facilitate expedited processing of applications

What you need

• 10–15 yrs of experience
