• Develop and execute long-term partnership and fundraising strategies to drive organizational growth
• Build and nurture senior-level relationships across corporate, philanthropic, and institutional ecosystems
• Create compelling value propositions and engagement models for diverse partner segments
• Lead business development efforts to identify, cultivate, and close high-value strategic partnerships
