About the role

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in the telecoms sector. A successful L&D / TM should have: A postgraduate degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field. Proven expertise in learning and development or talent management within the manufacturing industry. Proficiency in using learning management systems and digital tools.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals
• Assess training needs and design tailored learning interventions for employees
• Oversee talent management initiatives to identify and nurture high-potential employees
• Collaborate with department heads to align development programs with business objectives
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development initiatives
