Lead Talent Attraction & Engagement Consultant (HR Analytics)

About the role

This role will lead analytics, measurement, reporting, and performance insights that help GTAM evaluate results, identify opportunities, and make informed business decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling business narratives.

What you'll do

• Lead analytics, reporting, and measurement strategies supporting GTAM priorities and business objectives
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, KPI reporting, and executive business reviews
• Analyze talent attraction, employer brand, recruitment marketing, and candidate engagement performance to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Establish and maintain measurement frameworks, reporting standards, KPI definitions, and data governance practices
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations through data analysis, visualization, storytelling, and executive presentations
