The role combines strong technical reward expertise with strong hands-on analytics and partnering with HR, Finance, Group Reward and business leaders as necessary. Annual Salary Review & Incentives: Run ASR/merit cycles, budget modelling and merit matrices; support STI/bonus design, payouts. Pay Equity, Offers & Allowances: Conduct internal equity reviews; advise on offers, promotions and salary corrections; govern allowance and expat/mobility packages.
