This senior leadership role will be responsible for shaping and executing the overall HR strategy while strengthening talent, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and HR transformation initiatives. What you'll do

• HR Strategy & Leadership
• Develop and execute the overall HR strategy in alignment with business objectives
• Partner with senior leadership on organizational priorities, workforce strategy, and people-related decision-making
• Drive HR transformation initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience
• Establish HR priorities, frameworks, and metrics to measure the impact of people initiatives
