About the role

Manage end-to-end internship and early-career programme lifecycles. Leverage digital platforms, programme analytics, and university partnerships to improve talent acquisition effectiveness. We're looking for someone who has: Master's degree/MBA preferred, ideally with HR specialization. 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

• Shape future talent strategy across a large enterprise ecosystem

• Manage end-to-end internship and early-career programme lifecycles
• Partner with business leaders to identify and develop high-impact project opportunities
