Learning & Development Data and Systems (Analyst)

About the role

The Learning & Development Data and Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role in enabling a controlled, insight led and scalable learning operation. The role has significant responsibility for the preparation, implementation and ongoing optimisation of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring that learning workflows, data, reporting and governance protocols are embedded consistently across the firm.

What you'll do

• LMS Implementation & Transformation
• Play a key role in the preparation for and implementation of the LMS, including requirements gathering, data preparation, testing, validation and go live support
• Support the design, build and documentation of LMS workflows that enable efficient administration, tracking, evaluation and reporting of learning activity
