What you'll do

  • Develop and execute the annual Learning & Development strategy and training calendar
  • Identify training needs through Training Need Analysis (TNA), performance reviews, audits, and departmental discussions
  • Coordinate and facilitate induction programs for all new Heartists
  • Conduct soft skills, customer service, leadership, and behavioral training programs
  • Maintain training records, attendance, and monthly training reports
