Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

The role also involves coordinating training schedules and communications, tracking attendance and completion, maintaining learning records, and supporting learning management systems and reports. The specialist will gather feedback, help evaluate training effectiveness, and recommend improvements to strengthen employee skills and the overall learning experience.

What you'll do

• Working with operations teams, subject-matter experts, and L&D leaders, the specialist will assess learning needs, develop and maintain course materials
• Training Needs and Program Design
• Partner with operations teams and the L&D Supervisor to support training needs assessments and identify learning and development gaps
• Design, develop, update, and deliver engaging training programs using classroom, virtual, online, and on-the-job learning methods
• Support the development and implementation of learning paths that strengthen employee capability and career development

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Learning and development
• MS Office
• Curriculum development
• B.Com or MBA or M.Com
