About the role

As a Learning Consultant/Sr Learning Consultant you will work collaboratively with internal and client team members to support the learning needs of our biotech and pharmaceutical clients. You will understand the vision for a project and build the deliverables, so having strong thinking skills and learning experience is a must!

What you'll do

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze content requirements and interpret instructional design vision
• Develop and design engaging live instructional materials and eLearning modules (PowerPoint, job aid, pdf, etc.)
• Write effective copy, instructional text, cases, audio/video scripts, and supporting materials (e.g., facilitator guides, participant manuals, job aids)
• Storyboard the visual and textual flow of online courses, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience (UX)
• Develop and program interactive e-learning modules and online courses using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline , Articulate Rise, or Adobe Captivate

What you need

• 6–11 yrs of experience
