What you'll do

• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of commercial agreements, including manufacturing, supply, and distribution
• Lead litigation and dispute management, including developing legal strategies, managing external counsel, and minimizing legal and commercial risk exposure
• Managing day-to-day legal affairs, commercial contracts, risk assessment, and legal compliance across functions
