What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management, including drafting, negotiation, approvals, execution, stamping, and renewals
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including customer, vendor, consultancy, licensing, and NDA contracts
• Develop and standardize contract templates, policies, and playbooks to improve efficiency and ensure consistency across the organization
• Provide practical legal and risk advisory on complex commercial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws
• Partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to structure agreements, address commercial requirements, and mitigate legal exposure
